Sunny and Modern 1BDR Apartment in the Center

Great location, nice apartment, responsive staff.

There was no parking available in the yard, so had to park on the public parking which costs 1euro per hour.

The place is clean and it has everything you may need for cooking meal.

It was a nightmare first to find the right address and then the flat. The building has 5 doors but the address written by the property and Booking.com is not the one. You have to walk beside the building to find the right door. Floor and number of the flat was not given and we really struggled to find the flat also due to the very poor communication with the host. Up to 5 in the morning drunk people shouting, every night we stayed. Double glass vindow were not of use and even ear plugs.

Very centrally located flat, 3rd (American 4th) floor with elevator access. Easy walking to all Sofia sights (Vitosha Blvd; Newski Cathedral, Serdica etc.) within 5-15 mins. Tsar Tshishman foodie area just two blocks down. Very smooth commuication and (self) check-in/check-out (keybox). Apertment is nice, pretty small as aadvertised for 4 individuals. Extremely comfortable bed! The AC units worked very well and reliably! Small but functional bathroom (but open showers don't work - nowhere) The furniture was mostly basic IKEA pieces (the wardrobe in the bedroom was not even that but probably some inheritace piece/thrift shop find, almost falling apart)

Some small things would improve the flat and the stay: - a coffeemaker !!!!! (first flat in a while without a coffeemaker) - some nicer deco and more solid furniture - more kitchen equipment (exactly 4 pieces of everything - glasses, plates, silverware, cups - is a bit odd; no bowls for breakfast) - a starter kit for the kitchen including coffee and a fresh (!!!) sponge (all other materials like kitchen liquids, soaps etc. can be foud under the sink) - the door to the flat can only be closed from inside by locking with keys. In case someone leaves the flat while others stay, the door must be open, since you need the keys to enter the building below: Or a second set of keys or a different closing mechanism for the door (latch etc.) would amend this - the balcony is so small (40x120 cm) that you can't sit on it or put a drying rack outside. - finally, I asked for option of slightly earlier check-in at 2pm in order to arrange my transfer acordingly. The company couldn't tell me until the same day (of my arrival) at after 1pm if this earlier check-in was possible. At that time I already had booked my transfer for a later hour. But late check-out was possible (30-40 mins later) and the agency was very accomodating with that.

Lovely place, in the city center. Very convenient location, close to every available public transport. Peaceful place and we will visit again soon! It was so clean and the beds were so comfortable
