Excellent location. Pleasant atmosphere and design, relatively clean but not enough to rate even a 4 out of 5; hair in the bed was unacceptable. Constant communication support from the host.

A considerable amount of hair in the bed, indicating that the linens might not have been washed. Cobwebs in the corners. Water did not drain properly in the bathroom, resulting in a pool of water that was very unpleasant and made the floor slippery. The shower system was confusing and seemed purely decorative. The top switch rotated 360 degrees without function, while another lever toggled between a rain shower and a faucet, lacking a handheld option. This made it especially inconvenient for bathing children, as the fixed "rain" setting and water accumulation underfoot created a highly unpleasant and challenging experience. No small spoons were available, not even one. Absence of hooks in the bathroom and elsewhere to hang towels. Poor quality pillows. Complex entry instructions for the building, with unclear directions on where to apply the key fob and which locker was ours. No laundry detergent provided. Ineffective air conditioning units, nearly non-functional, and opening windows was not an option due to the influx of flies and mosquitoes. The television was non-operational, failing to receive any channels despite efforts.

Warm and cozy with great location. There are a lot of things you can do around and then get home and have a healthy sleep. It has everything you need in a place of living.

The apartment was excellent, and its location was very convenient. It was easy to find, and the self check-in process was great. They also offer a free parking lot, which we were told we could use, but it was occupied during our stay. However, this wasn't a major disadvantage, as free parking is not commonly expected with apartments. Additionally, there is a paid parking lot very close to the apartment.
