Sunny and Modern 1BDR Apartment in the Center

Perfect location and has everything did you need

Good location and very important for Sofia city center - parking space behind the building (it is not reserved but if you are lucky you can park your car). The apartment was very clean with everything that you need. The communication with the host was very good. I received all the details I needed to check in, park and check out. Self check in/out.

Nothing to complain, but if I must write a cons: If you park the car in the courtyard behind the building you will most probably block other car or cars. This is the reason you should let a note with you phone number. On the other hand you could be blocked by others and you will need to call them to move their cars in order to get out. It is not a perfect situation but it worked fine for us. Parking it s not easy in Sofia city center.

Location was good. The bed was comfortable.

Shower was not working (there was a hole in the shower pipe, so the water could not reach the shower head). The couch had a suspicious brown stain. The TV did not work (we only saw snow). They wanted to charge for early check-in. First they proposed 15 EUR, then it became 20 EUR to check in only 2 hours earlier (that is almost 1/3 of the price of the stay for 1 night). We traveled a lot for so many years (also in Bulgaria) and never had to pay for early check in. If the apartment is available an hour or two earlier, why then not provide it to the customer...

location is good

I’ve warned the staff that will be late for checkout for 1-2 hours and was told it is ok and no worries. Later some angry lady met me at the entrance and spoke in not an appropriate manner. Later they’ve sent me late checkout payment I should pay.
