Great location and wonderful spacious apartment. Very nice. Laundry facilities are a nice bonus

The pproperty manager is either not interested in communicating or not available. We booked this apartment because it has a kitchen but there were no baking trays or dishes. There were no kitchen tongs. I donated olive oil, black pepper. Paper towels, laundry detergent and coffee pods to help the next guests hopefully. Faulty dishwasher wasn't even acknowledged once I pointed it out. No plug for the kitchen sink made washing up a challenge. Instructions for entering the property were missing the vital step where we needed to contact the manager to gain entry. We had previously messaged the property to enquire about access but they did not respond to my question.

Der Gastgeber Massimo ist ein toller Mensch, sehr sympathisch, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Seine nette Art ist unbeschreiblich und wie er sich um das Wohlbefinden seiner Gäste bemüht. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht und dankbar. Il padrone di casa Massimo è una grande persona, molto simpatico, cordiale e disponibile. La sua gentilezza è indescrivibile e il modo in cui si impegna per il benessere dei suoi ospiti.

Das Zimmer bei Massimo war sehr schön. Geräumig, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es herrschte eine ruhige und angenehme Atmosphäre, perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem Tag in Assisi. Das Frühstück war einfach, aber vollkommen ausreichend, mit Cornflakes, Joghurt, Toast und warmen Getränken. Massimo selbst war ein wunderbarer Gastgeber: freundlich, aufmerksam und immer erreichbar für Fragen oder Wünsche. Die Kommunikation war trotz Sprachbarriere unkompliziert und herzlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!
