Mazzini met us and guided us to a parking lot and then helped us carry our luggage to the apartment. He had already stocked the kitchen with cereal and milk and cookies and yogurt ….. When we were ready to leave he again came to the apartment and helped us with the luggage. We could not had a nicer, kinder host!

Everything. The host Massimo was amazing he went above and beyond any host ive ever met. He met us at the station helped carry my bag and got us our bus up to Assisi. Then he was more than helpful with resteraunts and information about everything. He got our clotes washed for us and got us anything we needed. The location of the apartment is center just off the main square. The apartment had everything we needed and more it was so clean and comfortable. We will definitely come back to Assisi and stay here again.

The location right off the square made it easy to navigate the city. Mac-our host-met us at the bus stop and helped with our luggage. The apartment was very beautiful and well kept. Mac then returned and took us back to the bus stop!

The location is perfect! Close to the main attractions and the street is not noisy. The size of the facility is very good! Clean and comfortable

The bathroom was not in the same level however there is enough light so you can see the steps if you have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night

The house is clean and comfortable; it is a 5-minute walk from the city center; the kitchenware is complete, suitable for self-service dining; although there is no breakfast supply, sufficient snacks and drinks are prepared; the owner Mac is warm and helpful.

Lovely apartment, well equipped and in a great location

We wasted over 2 hours trying to find the place. The apartment is at the top of stairs in an alley called Vicolo del Cipresso. Turn right at the top of the stairs into Via Tiberio dAssisi for the apartment at number 14. Massimo was really lovely but it was frustrating not being able to get into the apartment sooner to drop off our bags

The host was very helpful indeed. He regularly checked that everything was okay and went above and beyond to ensure the stay was comfortable.
