ESLarge apartment. Large terrace. Nice kitchen bathroom and even washing machine. Helpful and kind owner and staff. Very private and safe. Close to supermarket. Restaurant and the beautiful marina.
Needs a little more kitchen utensils.And washing line. TV system needed tuning in. Better pillows. Perhaps a couple of sunbeds on the terrace.
RS- В целом чисто - Верхний этаж, поэтому было видно море - кондиционер в каждой комнате, шик - была посуда - есть стиральная машина в ванной - близко к пафосной набережной, легко дойти - до дома улица идёт в гору, но это немного, метров 100-150
- фотографии самого здания не соответствуют действительности. На крыше ничего подобного нет, просто пустое место без ничего. Фото номера соответствуют - хозяин попросил перевести 30% заранее. Было немного стрёмно, но нормально, не обманули - слабый wifi. Старый роутер стоит в коридоре. В гостиной его хватает, а в спальнях сигнала уже нет - нет шампуня/геля для душа. Даже самого простого - нет мыла руки помыть - мусорное ведро есть, а мусорного пакета в нём нет. Пришлось самим всё покупать - не было стирального порошка, даже самого простого - мебель не самая новая, местами уставшая - на всё это можно было бы закрыть глаза, но за 100€ в день ожидаешь немного большего

LTgood location, quiet. close to shopping center, small grocery store, beach, port. The apartments are comfortable enough, all rooms have air conditioning.

We made a reservation through Booking.com for the apartment "Rajsko mjesto" in Tivat, Montenegro. We paid 30% in advance via SWIFT transfer, and the rest in cash to the owner. We perceived the owner as intoxicated during key handover, and afterwards, we noticed that my sister's phone was missing. Using the "Find My Phone" app, we have located the phone in the apartment where he lives. Regardless, of whether it was intentional or not, we did not want to stay there. Due to the circumstances and our discomfort, we wanted to vacate the apartment. We asked to pay for one night and to leave the apartment, but they refused. After several unpleasant conversations, we decided to go to police, as it was already late at night and we no longer felt safe. We filed for official report. As we were informed, the owner was also questioned by the authorities and subjected to an alcohol test. Nevertheless, they continue to refuse to refund our money. We do not recommend this apartment at all.
