LVLocation is pretty good, beaches and Porto Montenegro is very close, grocery shop and market are around the corner, place has even garage with roof. Nice equipped kitchen and bathroom, all AC were working perfectly. Apartament is big, unfortunately our was without balcony. Viktor from hosts was very helpfull, big thanks for recommendations, technical help and even registration at tourists office.
The villa has nice rooftop with sea view, unfortunately under reconstruction and not usable yet.

BARSMany thanks to Victor (staff) and his friend for facilitating delivery of me to the bus station in very bad weather. Beautiful view from the bare unfinished roof.
Strange policy for issuing shower consumables, they simply don’t exist. There wasn't even soap in the room. Thanks to Victor (the hotel's replacement owner) for providing soap from his supplies. In general, the room requires cosmetic renovation. The building where I lived is undergoing finishing renovations and is not finished.

DEfancy apartment, nice view from balcony
Landlord asked for advance payment, fair enough and okay but did not provide sufficient bankdetails (BIC) on request, so I had to find out myself. Cleaning could have been better, kitchen equipment should be replaced by new pans and pots. Smelly bathroom. Balcony door was destroyed by previous guest and had not yet been fixed, could not be locked and closed tightly
