Kitchen facility,bed plus bunkbed included.Staff were ok and sometimes nice.

Quite alot of things: 1.no towels included nor other accesories which usually come with hotels or stay ins.They call themselves premium but charge you extra for towels?Are you kidding me. 2.They charged me another 3000 pesos because I booked my 5 days there from sunday instead of monday and apparently that friday was a holiday.Take into consideration that my entire stay initially 7100 pesos and they charged me another 3000 for that friday.Didnt know holidays cost "extra".This is absurd and we wont be coming back anytime soon to this "premium" accomodation. 3.Lack of an elevator is weird.They have like 7 floors and imagine hauling stuff you bought from the city up 5 flights of stairs like we did.

Promised ground floor for old person got put on third floor plus the first floor had inordinate size steps.

Steps on first and second flight steps were outsized causing fatigue climbing them
