"IT WAS GREAT AND THE LOCATION IS NEAR BURNHAM PARK. 15mins TO BURNHAM PARK"

Location and the 2 rooms is ok and great.

No elevator, no toiletries and NO INTERNET WIFI. ALL THE TIME OUR DOOR IS OPEN BECAUSE THEIRS NO SIGNAL INSIDE THE ROOMS.

"My plight to the 4th floor without an elevator"

The place is clean, peaceful and quite near burnham park

Finteo doesn't have an elevator and a senior citizen like me finds it hard climbing up the stairs to our room on the 4th floor.

room is clean

Despite our agreed booking for a room on the 2nd floor, we were initially assigned a room on the 6th floor upon check-in, with no elevator available, which caused unnecessary hassle and inconvenience. Fortunately, I insisted on the original agreement and contacted the person I had previously spoken with, after which the issue was resolved. However, I do wish that the property had an elevator to avoid such inconvenience in the future. And also, Wi-Fi connection was weak, which affected our overall stay.
