no elevator. if you are an elderly it's hard to go up when your room is on the upper floors

No bathroom tissue, no shampoo

i like the location its walking distance to burnham park, big room the only downside is no toiletries and towels. though they emphasized that ahead of time but for me as travellers its a small gesture to give more comfort to the guests. thats my opinion lng naman, if possible. but definitely will stay here again for future plans.

The room is nice’hot shower is working great and a good Netflix if you decided to stay a day in your room

You have to pay 50 peso for towels as towels is not provided as well toilet paper . Room is nice however they need to change their kitchen utensils’they looked used and bad already . No washing liquid provided or stuff to used for cleaning the kitchen .😞 For me this place is a bit far to restaurant and grocery stores,even worst when my phone got broke we had to wait over an hour to catch a taxi since most driver is already occupied .i asked the woman who is working there if it’s possible to book us grab and I’m just going to pay the driver cash ‘.since i do not have phone to book grab for myself.she responded me that she doesn’t have internet and so i suggested her to used the WiFi and she replied” she is not allowed to use the WiFi🥹.luckily one guy who is also working there helped us to get a taxi took us forever to get available taxi but thanks to him ☺️i forgot to ask his name btw

Water pressure even at the 3rd floor is strong. This is a plus especially in Baguio accommodations.

- Required to pay an additional charge for my 6-year-old, even though other hotels allow children to stay for free if no extra bedding is needed. - No lift available, requiring us to carry heavy luggage up to Level 3. - Female staff were rude, while male staff were noticeably more hospitable. - The accommodation was advertised as 400 m from Burnham, but the distance is misleading as the road is not direct. - Had to pay extra for an additional gallon of water. - Toiletries and towels were not provided. - No view, very noisy and rowdy neighbor. - Visitors not allowed.

No Cheap option to have a balcony. No cookware to cook food
