Спокойно,ново,паркинг,топло,уютно.

Бяхме видяли лошите отзиви за хигиена,затова си носехме постелно бельо. Не сгрешихме- имаше на спалнята не чисти калъфки за възглавници и чаршав,друго Нищо,като бяхме заявили ,че ще ползваме и дивана.Тока изключи - има бушони долу на входа към двора ,намерихме ги с помощ от охраната.

The view was very nice, the apartment was decent and cozy. Good heating , the dishes were clean.

The host is very unprofessional and hard to communicate with, she tried to cancel my stay 1 day before and said its not her problem, at the end she started being abit nicer and we stayed there. The bed didnt have proper sheets, there was a quilt but no cover and the bed sheet was extremely thin. Also the location of the apartment is wrong we paid for taxi and after the host sent us the actual location and we had to walk there. The tv remote didnt work properly so we couldnt use the tv.

Само и единствено че беше хубава локацията на хотела

В удобствата към стаята беше написано че има пералня а всъщност няма. Не беше изчистено Не личеше да е сменяно спалното бельо

Много добър стил, със всичко необходимо.

Лоша подръжка, калъвките и чаршафите не бяха сменяни, а плик за одеалата нямаше изобщо.

Contrary to the previous review, I was complitely satisfied with my stay in the apartment. This is my 2nd time when I booked the property, everything was ok and I have no complaints. It's a quiet building, there is enough space for parking, the apartment is very sunny and close to the mountain. There is everything you need to feel comfortable and undisturbed. The contact person was reachable and responded fast on all my inquiries. I was also allowed to check out later than the stated time without additional charge. From my point of view I got everything for the money I payed and I would definitely go there again as I visit Bansko often.

I hope the owner will accept it as a recomendation and not as a complaint. It would be more convenient if you leave written instructions about heating, water or everything you would want the guest to be informed about:)
