The location was perfect!

The heating was off and with no instructions on how to switch it on. Same with cable TV. After asking, all worked fine. No baking tray for pizza. Lights in the bathroom with issues (switching on/off randomly).

The apartments are very close to the gondola and restaurants. The hosts are friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, one of the rooms had plenty of mold in both bedrooms—by the windows, likely due to poor insulation. Though the hosts, after some convincing, sent cleaners to remove the mold, we still had to sleep in rooms with a mold problem. I really hope the hosts won't blame the cleaners for not removing it. This is a structural issue that no cleaning can take care of. The apartment needs to be closed for guests until it's taken care of - not just cleaned. A mattress was also missing for half of the bed in the one bedrooms, making it very uncomfortable for my girlfriend and me to sleep as one of us could have to sleep right on the springs. The hosts must have misunderstood the many times I brought this up as they claim this is intended. To be clear - one half of the queen-sized bed did have a top mattress, the other half didn't. Unfortunately, there is no reception so while the hosts are very helpful, getting a hold of them can take a long time and in our case meant hours spent in messages.

For that price-it's Good

Loose switch,small bedroom radiators-a bit cold,too hot shower pipes-you can burn your skin-needs attention.

Can be quite noisy from the apres bars through the night but it's worth it to be so close to the gondola lift in the morning

Location very close to the Gondola, short walk to restaurants and nightlife.
