Nothing really, not the ritz, does what it says on the tin.....

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Cobwebs on the ceiling of the rooms, the child's crib broken even though we didn't ask for this - bed placed against the wall with MOLD to cover the surface, the toilet in the bedroom clogged, the dishes full of drool, the kitchen shelves full of crumbs, bags, scraps food, the sofa torn and stuck with shells, the blinds torn, bent and full of dust, the linen torn and pillows rotten with mold, the shower in the bathroom at the entrance did not have a door and the other one was defective, the white armchair was stained all over, the springs of the bed mattresses hit your ribs, and they were dirty. When we still asked for a mattress for the sofa that we couldn't sleep on, we were told that we were too picky. When I arrived at the apartment and until the next day, I had a temperature of 19-20 degrees. I have not found more execrable accommodation in my entire life as a tourist (and I am not pretentious either). I believe that the apartment should be excluded from the tourist circuit for major renovations. The only advantage is that it is close to the gondola, but that cannot replace the fact that it looks the way it does.

the location was perfect. close to the gondola, close to town for nights out and easy to find. plenty of sockets in the bedroom. Owners were good to communicate with and quick to respond to any issues that we had. Heating was good and easy to control. everything worked in the kitchen and living room. WiFi was ok mostly but dropped out from time to time although we had some alternative WiFi available.

living room had no windows so wasn’t the nicest of environments to spend time in. We planned to have a few days relaxing and working at the apartment and not always skiing so wanted a bit more than just a place to sleep. The beds were not particularly comfy. no mattress covers and sheets don’t fit properly meaning I found myself on occasions sleeping just in the mattress as I’m sure others have too. not very hygienic. I hate to sleep somewhere that doesn’t have mattress covers. The lighting wasn’t great, very poor lighting in the bathroom and bedroom lights were cool white. shower leaked badly from the base so bathmat was permanently soaked plus shower doors don’t close properly. I know this is pretty normal in Bulgaria but could have been better.

Good location, however standard of property wasn’t appropriate.

property owner lied to us multiple times. we had to have 2 Adults sleep on the floor as the sofa bed was broken. property was incredibly dirty. balcony door was broken so couldn’t be locked and had to have chair pushed in front of it to remain closed. lots of broken lights. blinds missing and most broken. 1 toilet completely blocked. tV didn’t work.

nothing very not recommend place to stay!!!

broken beds no towels no light at the apartment. no answer of the house kippers after you pay.

Great location, great location, great location. Strongly recommend as the best place to beat the queues.
