Lovely big condo right on edge of beach in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Loved the swimming pool. We had turtles come and lay their eggs right at entrance to beach. Sea was a bit rocky on the bottom and had sargassum but I think it's the norm.

The apartment has everything you need. The clothesline is very handy, and the fridge kept our water bottles cold. The property is on the beach.

The Wi-Fi was terrible, and the host did not mention what room I would pick up my keys in. I had to wait several minutes for a response about the keys.

There was a basic but adequate kitchen for cooking your own meals w/frig, MW, toaster, reg. 2 cup coffee maker & gas oven w/stovetop. The pool was small but very clean & refreshing & the little piece of beach was kept free of seaweed as much as possible. The location for snorkeling was Amazing, with the beautiful reef right out front. There was a very nice seafood restaurant right next door & a couple more restaurants & a couple of small convenience stores within easy walking distance. Xcaret was about a 30 min. direct drive away w/Xhel Ha very close by & the Akumal Monkey Sanctuary (must visit) about 10 minutes drive away. We will definately return & will recommend to family & friends.

The bed was Very firm & we had to ask for blankets on the cool night that we arrived. There were no pots, pans or cutting knives in the kitchen but were made available just as soon as we asked, as were towels. The shower encloser is made akwardly so Alot of water gets on the floor so you need lots of bath mats & the tile is Very slippery. I did fall once which was hard on my old bones the next couple of days.

Spacious apartment right on the beach with a lovely pool and cabana area. Individual air conditioners in each room. Good hot water in the bathrooms. Lots of storage for clothing in each bedroom. Apartment was very clean. Easy to walk to restaurants/bars in the area. A great choice for families or groups of friends; 3 beds in total.

The tile floors were oddly slippery, not sure why. It would be nice to have lamps in the living room as the overhead lights are very bright.

Newly remodeled, nice ocean view with an excellent courtyard & pool area. Right on the beachfront, good snorkeling steps away in Half Moon Bay.

Low water pressure in bathroom & shower, Manager said would look into it.
