The flat has all what you need: kitchen, private bathroom, TV, comfortable beds, even a wash machine. Also it has all the facilities for cooking. The host are very nice, friendly and always willing to help. Another good thing about the property is that the host lives upstairs, so in case you need anything, they are easily reachable. The host also proved us free drinks like Coffe and juice. Also you can leave your luggage with them after your check out. We will definitely come back here.

The best thing was the kindness of the owners of the apartment! They were fully available for everything, beyond our expectations. The apartment was nice and everything is balanced relatively to what you pay for, we were looking for something affordable just to sleep in and have privacy. For what you pay you can't expect more and I can give you the advice to choose this apartment.

Unfortunately we didn't like the smell that could be smelled in the bathroom and that spread throughout the house. A larger mirror might be useful, but no big deal. It wasn't that close on foot to the seafront...

It was absolutely amazing!! The host was really friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome- drove us to and from the train station, made sure we knew exactly what we needed to about split (how to get to places, view points etc). The place was very clean, organised and came with everything- kitchen, washing machine etc. We were so pleased with our stay and how much of an effort the host made, would highly recommend!!! Thank you!!

wifi signal was weak, an repeater will improve the signal.

Our host and her son were very friendly and helpful. Washing machine was great with nice space to hang things to dry. Location was good. Free parking close by. Kitchen well supplied. Lots of towels. Good a/c. Relatively quiet location.

Smell of smoking from previous guest. Not the unit we expected: host's son explained a parking issue. Opened right onto a street, so couldn't open windows or shades. This made it rather cave-like. Windows and door only on one wall so no fresh air. A little crowded space.

Nice apartment in a good location. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Everything worked as they should in the apartment.

The localisation of the appartement is not the one in Booking

Very close to the Old Town of Split, to the beaches, to bus stations, shopping malls, supermarkets... Everything was amazing! And once again - the best host ever! :)
