IELocation is fabulous- very near old town, great views over the sea and the boats and very quiet at night. Very clean, and the beds are very comfortable. Also the fact that there are three equally sized double bedrooms which means that no one felt hard done by! The living room is bright and airy. Note that the terrace that is photographed is off a bedroom, not the living room. its a great size, given its location.
Only one bathroom for a large 3 bedroomed apartment. The kitchen is quite dark, and at the very back of the property, so it wouldn't be a great option if you were thinking of eating a lot at home - but why would you in Split!? There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms, which was fine for us, as we were there in June, but it could be an issue in July/August. There is no lift - so be warned if you have heavy suitcases! It would be great to have some decent wine glasses!

CHGBGBThe apartment is in a fantastic location, just a few minutes walk to the old town and lots of bars and restaurants. It is spacious and comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen.
Hot water is supplied from a relatively small tank (as is probably standard for this type of apartment), so can only supply enough hot water for a couple of showers at a time. Not a big issue once you’re aware of it and organised enough to stagger showers.
