The Courtyards Goshen

Many rooms. (But all very tiny!) Living, dining & kitchen area is adequate

Pictures make facilities look big. Pictures lie! Bathroom upstairs has no shower pan. Floods bathroom at every time shower used. Building has strong mold smell. Neighborhood location is not good. Do not recommend this facility.

Property is at the middle of everything.

The maintenance is not good. The main door doesn't have a 2nd door lock. The dining chairs are weebly and loose.

The staff were helpful, accommodating and always had a bright smile. Parking slot was provided. Condo unit was clean and cozy.

i kept asking about pet fees days before our arrival, i was told there were no fees, only to be informed upon arrival that the fee was P500 per pet. Though the price is reasonable as it covers the whole stay. I just wished i was informed before hand.

Quiet and Secured

1. False advertisement. Pictures shown were not the same as the booked unit 2. When arrived in the property no proper endorsement was done by the unit owner/property manager to the admin and this caused delay in checking in 3. No one assisted us to show where the booked unit was located. The guard only pointed us to the building, but not kind enough to show the location of the unit. 4. Unpleasant odor especially during the night time. This made us uncomfortable and unable to relax well which was the ultimate reason why we visited the city (how can you enjoy the cool breeze with unpleasant odor) 5. Hard to get taxi from the area, you have to book a grab which is more or less 80 pesos expensive than the regular taxi 6. No nearby restaurant
