"Not a happy client for a low maintenance place."

4 bed rooms for the entire family. Maybe 3-5 year old unit which is great.

Low maintenance for the unit--broken shower holder, not functioning rice cooker and kettleS, ref isn't working well (only freezer gets cold), no microwave to heat our food. No tissues in the bathrooms (you need to buy your own before you get there), the unit isn't that clean when we arrived, i saw ashes in the bathroom, hairs,etc. There are also cockroaches in the kitchen crawling in the kitchen utensils; considering we paid 400php to clean the unit on top of the rate fee. I travelled with my kids and the worst part is, we arrived and the wifi isn't working. I had struggled with the kids considering the mobile signal isn't great in that area. I asked for assistance when we arrived--we left the unit and nobody assisted us but ourselves. Only communication is done via sms, late response most of the time.
