We transferred to other hotel because the Internet is not working in the place where we originally booked. I like the second place location because: - its very accessible to Malls and other tourist spots - Internet works and TV works fine - Beds are comfortable - CS is responsive

For the place where originally booked: - Internet and TV is not working - Far from malls and other tourist spot - There are molds on the ceiling For the second place: - There are molds on the ceiling and the smell is not good - We cannot use kitchen utensils because there is molds also on rice cooker and stains on other utensils

Seamless transaction, very courteous and helpful security staff (helped unload bags), and owners were kind and thoughtful, made sure we arrived, and checked if anything else was needed. A designated parking was also provided. The location was ok, just a few minutes away to downtown. We intended to shy away from the commercial area to avoid traffic and took Grab taxi most often while in Baguio. Overall, the place is neat, has hot showers, complete beddings, and has a quiet neighborhood.

It was hard contacting the number provided by the property. They won't answer the call even tho it was already 9am. They would respond via text but will always drop our calls. We used another number and they called back on that but not with the number to which we introduced ourselves as the guests. We asked for early checkin but was declined and would've understood if they told us right away that they currently have guests, but no. They were not very responsive and accommodating. The facilities were good. But how you treat your guests is the most important thing.

Only the property security guards and after meeting the owner upon checking out he was really nice and sent apologies for What we have gone through at the beginning of our stay. The owner is really nice.

The agent or property assistant. When i placed my reservation i mentioned i am coming with a group of 12pax i specifically mentioned we are 8 adults and 4 kids and he or she confirmed my reservation and agreed, also sent him/her the list of my guest before my arrival. Upon arrival i was given a wrong unit number. This was my first time to visit Baguio and i travelled 11 hours to get to the city and ended up of getting a bad experience at my accommodation. So, eventually i was given a wrong unit number waited for an hour to get a response from the agent but no reply, until i get help from the security guards, they were so helpful and finally the guards sent us to the correct unit. When we get to the unit finally the agent get back to me, (hours later) and started pushing me to get another unit because the property cannot accommodate my group in just one unit, i tried to ask a consideration but he did not agree, instead i was pushed to agree to pay for another unit just to reiieve my stress for that day, bad thing the other unit water supply is really less. And wifi service is not active, i reported the issue immediately and he promised to get the problem fix, but till we checked out nothing has been fix. And I told everything about this to the owner and i learnt from the owner thaylt he have bigger unit to accommodate me and the rest of my family, he was surprised why the agent didn't offer me the other place. YES THE AGENT SAID NO OTHER BETTER UNIT FOR ME😒😒😒after leave the place we realized we left our headset which is somehow costy and its a gift for me. I texted the agent here at booking. com and direct to his number sadly till today no reply.
