Baguio Summer Vacation with Balcony min 2 nights

Very homey and comfortable place, complete with the listed amenities and not so far from the city central :) This is a good place to pick if you’re planning to bring a car since included na ang parking since its hard to find one sa city. Easy to process lang yung check-in once you’re paid and clear naman instructions ni Ms. Leila 🧡

Medyo hassle lang po yung digital door lock since di nag r’respond yung buttons agad. Then yung bathroom door hindi nasasarado ng sagad but it should be okay if family naman ang kasama. It’s was still a good stay regardless :)

The place is so homey. Convenient, malapit sa mga tourist spots. Accommodating staff and owner ✨ Highly recommended po sa mga first timers sa Baguio. This is our first trip as a family and besides of the tourist spots weve been to, importante din ang bahay na matutulugan kung saan komportable at makapagpahinga galing sa pamamasyal.

1. The location is very accessible. While it is along Marcos Highway, the unit is still serene and safe to stay with. 2. The parking is secured and the guards are helpful in opening the gate for us. 3. The newly open convenience store on the ground floor of the building made our stay convenient especially that we have with us a 4 and 2-year-old kids. 4. We tried once the restaurant in the building. The food is good (ordinary breakfast though), a bit pricey (ranges from P300-P350 per meal then I learned that Crown Regency is offering a buffet breakfast for P399, haha! ) but for me, we are also paying for convenience. 5. Internet connection is good. WiFi in the unit (PLDT) is working well. Globe and Smart have good signals and mobile data are also reliable. 6. TV cable is working well too (Cignal). 7. Water heater is working. 8. There were towels provided but not absorbent so better bring your own (including toiletries) 9. Cookware and induction stove are working -- I was able to cook rolled oats for breakfast for my kids. 10. Host was accommodating - I asked before arrival if we can be provided with an ironing board. She bought (the item is still wrapped and with the tag price) one to accommodate our request and it came with a flat iron which I did not request. 11. Door lock is automated. The passcode will be provided to you. As with the other reviews, I am confirming that we were asked to dispose of our garbage on the day of our checkout. This is not a big deal for us and wholeheartedly obliged. We should be responsible for our own trash.

The following could have made the stay perfect but nevertheless, I will still go back and stay in this place. 1. It would have been better if there are extra rags/doormats to replace what is provided. It was raining in Baguio on all 4 days that we were there and the floor was always damp going out of the bathroom (aside from the moisture due to the weather). The kids slipped a couple of times. 2. The other bed did not smell fresh maybe because of the cold weather but I guess a linen spray can work on it. Nevertheless, my daughter still was able to sleep soundly.

1. The place is very homey. 2. Very clean esp. the bathroom. 2. Drinking water is provided. 3. Strong wifi. 4. Restaurants are available within the building. ( affordable and delicious variety of cuisines) 5. The parking lot is secured and big. 6. We can feel the passion of the owner to make their every visitor feel comfortable during the stay. *We are group of 4.

The double size bed is too soft but we just stayed for 2 nights so it's not a big deal. We still love our stay .

- Distance of parking to our unit was just a 2 min walk - Bathroom was clean, water pressure is strong, heater is working, toilet flush works, fully functioning bidet, mop and other cleaning materials for the comfort room is provided. - The balcony view was great, overlooking our car, parking space (very spacious) and trees houses mountain. Mini Table and 2 chairs is there. Great spot to chill. - Hangers with Stand for clothes was provided, extra blankets, lamp at bedside, Iron for clothes too. Bed sheets, pillows was clean. - Kitchen was fully equipped. Microwave and Ref works great. - Couches and Bed was super comfy - Cold mornings, Breezy afternoon, Cold nights. Really no need for aircon (we went end of FEB) - Rack for shoes was provided - Dining area was nice. - What you see is what you get with the pictures provided.

(If I were to nitpick) - Bathroom door has no lock - Dolls for decor was creepy - You have to throw your own trash to the trash chute - No extra towels in the Bathroom - Pots, Pans, kitchenwares could’ve been better, quality wise. - Main Door handle of the place was loose.

I just didn’t expect to throw our trash out…. side? nothing’s wrong with the request but I just didn’t expect it.
