Baguio Summer Vacation with Balcony min 2 nights

Tourist spots are near, enough parking space. Strong wifi /internet connection. Comfy beds. Responsive owner.

No air condition, its hot during the day. Insects are coming inside due to opened window. Balcony sliding door doesnt have lock. Toilet door cannot be locked /defective. Creepy dolls display decorations. Low head room space in bedroom. The most that i didnt like is we need to bring out and throw our garbage outside the room as requested by the owner which is i think inapproriate for the guest to do. Of course we need to clean and gather our garbage as a courtesy to the owner but throwing it outside is more than enough. Its just my opinion. Thank you anyways for the good stay.

Accessible and easy to find

a bit dusty and some items in the unit are broken, might be due to previous guests who stayed? im not sure. But the host was accommodating. She answers promptly.

This is the best condotel type of accommodation that is good value fr money at the same time, since quite cheaper thn other with similar provisions, w/ complete kitchen facilities plus fridge & microwave we really love for our cooking activities, w/very good quiet location near to the city proper, with in-house cafe & resto, love also the heater provisions in the shower, with complete toiletries (from shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, moisturizer & the like). We are also happy w/secured free parking area. Our host, Ms. Leila is very kind & responsive to provide fr our special request. Even the guards at the lobby & the other one in the parking entrance, we are well-served too. This place is very much suited for a couple, a family or group of friends who loves the things I mentioned. All-in, we had an enjoyable stay in this property. Thank you!

I wish for a bigger casserole (I suggest u bring sets of cooking wares that suits to ur cooking preference if u can). Bidae is really nice & working, too. However, I still wish for a pail & dipper in T&B since we are Filipinos & thts customary to us (this thing I forgot to request in advance though I think if I do the host can still provide). Btw, the door handle needs to be fixed it keeps on falling.
