Расположение, близость к морю и другим соц. Объектам. Банки, магазины, пляж, транспорт - все рядом. Комфортно, чисто. Очень внимательный хозяин (дал всю информацию, помог в адаптации на местности)

Одна сковорода, одна кастрюля, нет чистилки для овощей, терки, Дуршлаг. Необходимо добавить хотябы одну чашку для салата. Сломано сиденье на унитазе. Шторы постоянно приходится поправлять, поскольку вылетают бегунки из направляющих. Твёрдый старый матрас
