Building has no car parking facility. As the building is in the middle of city, finding a parking place near the building will be a difficult task but not impossible.

The building is still being built, but it's a minor inconvenience. The apartment has only 1 room with 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed despite the ad saying 2 rooms and 2 beds + sofa. There is also no swimming pool available. There was no dedicated parking, but public parking was available in the area.

Water pressure is weak, the room was a bit dirty, there were somebodies hair in different places
RUSpent here almost a week during my trip. Comfortable and cozy apartments with all the items you need. Has a nice view even for the low floor. Very pleasant owner, who was always in touch. Highly recommended!
