The owners was there to welcome us even though we arrived late and made us a cup of tea! This place more than lives up to its reviews, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very peaceful location but near the town to walk to. Comfortable beds and good quality linen. Would stay here again

"A perfect apartment to explore some beautiful near Belper."

Fantastic location with great parking and All one level. Bed were so comfy, shower amazing and water lovely and hot! Lovely sunny patio space for a morning coffee. Great communication with Phil throughout. Definitely stay again if ever in the area.

Nothing really, if I was being really picky then to have a cupboard to put food items in the kitchen would be helpful - as each cupboard was full of useful utensils, dishes, glasses and pans!

"Perfect accommodation & home from home base for holidays in Derbyshire, situated in the delightful & vibrant tow"

Beautiful building with large rooms with high ceilings & impressive giant sash windows. It’s in a great location, free car parking, in a private & secure location, only a short walk to town with its many shops/cafes/pubs/restaurants . The accommodation was very well equipped, having everything that we could possibly need to make our stay as comfortable as possible & a fabulous home from home.

Nothing as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay & the accommodation was just lovely the way it was & it was a great base for our weekend away. If I could change anything, I would have preferred a more comfy sofa to relax on to watch TV in the evening.

Great place in a great location. The home was clean and tidy and exceeded our expectations. We had excellent communications from the owner. Plus the location had safe parking for the motorbikes. Hope to be back again soon.
