Fabulous 2 bed Historic Ground floor apartment Belper with free car parking next to property

Spacious and very comfortable in a lovely quiet location - brilliant for accessing local amenities, eateries and visitor attractions beyond. Parking facility excellent!

Location. The showers were hot.

The lack of heating and the dirt. Also the fact that the landlord made up lies about how we left the property to deflect from the fact the property was dirty when we arrived. Also tried to coerce us into leaving a 5 star review. There were cobwebs on the ceiling behind the beds. Mold in the bathroom and on all window frames. The boxed in area behind the loo was broken in the en suite. The heating was set to 14 by the landlord. It was 5° outside. He did change this but only for a couple of hours. We were told to use a blow heater. We were cold. The property is advertised as hypoallergenic it is not. The duvet covers were polyester and the mattresses foam. There were no shower gel or soaps or coffee pods we could use. We reported to him and he offered a 50% refund he then retracted three weeks later saying we had left porridge in the microwave. Straightforward lying about how we had left the property. We left it perfectly clean btw.

Everything, a lovely place to stay, so convenient to so many places. Hosts were lovely and welcoming. Would recommend staying there.

Location was pefect - very close to the centre of town. Parking onsite was a real bonus.

Beautifully set out. Had everything we needed. Great location.

Only one small gripe, which can easily rectified. The freezer needs defrosting.
