GREAT LOCATION & 130m2! Guggenheim & Parking

Spacious, comfortable and very clean! Close to many restaurants for eating out locally or to bakers and supermarkets for buying food to eat-in (kitchen adequately equipped - cooking as well as dishwasher and washing machine). Location was great for our needs. Compact city, everywhere within reasonable walking distance (5 min walk to Guggenheim muséum or main high street shopping area, 15-20mins to old historic part of city). Host contact was excellent. We were met at parking and accompanied to appartment. Overall, great communication and service!

For higher end appartment at higher end price, it would be nice to have provided, more dishwasher/washing machine products as well as dish-cloths and hand towels.

Очень чистые и ухоженные апартаменты, чистое постельное белье, удобные кровати, нет посторонних запахов, оборудованная кухня с достаточным количеством посуды, в ванных комнатах есть гель для душа, шампунь.Находятся в центре, но на тихой улице, удобный паркинг в 5 минутах. Fantastic location, great unit, blackout blinds fantastic with kids, provision of cot and high chair was so so appreciated

No air conditioning and fans not very strong, Floors need some work as they buckle when you walk, and I have a number of bruises on my legs from the main bed’s bed posts but no other complaints

The location of the apartment was excellent, very central and easy to walk to the Casco Viejo, the Guggenheim etc. Inside, the apartment was well appointed, clean and spacious.

Our only complaint was the heat. It was very hard to sleep at night. We tried leaving the shutters closed and windows open but nothing seemed to cool the apartment down at night. Some ceiling fans or stronger floor fans would have been a wonderful addition to what was otherwise a magical stay.

Excellent location, great sized property and clean. We have a baby so the built in blackout blinds are a bonus.

Amazing location, just what we’ve been looking for (an alternative to Carlton hotel), private parking in a nearby garage, spacious apartment with everything one needs to feel at home (great washing machine!). Kind and attentive host happy to answer any questions you might have and share some extra useful info as a bonus 🙂
