"A great apartment in a great location. We were not disappointed"

Great space, lots of room, contemporary style, bright and airy

People upstairs being noisy at 6am , very loud footsteps . A small thing but would have liked a bigger bath towel than the ones we had.Better instructions as to how to leave the garage where we parked. Did not know there was a lift which we found out from the info in the property.

Location was excellent! The apartment is spacious and comfortable, perfect for wandering around Bilbao. Very much appreciated that there is an included parking space. Good showers and hot water. Bedrooms were comfortable. SmartTV for streaming. The kitchen had a few basics and plenty of dishes/silverware. Very well set up apartment.

Fans in the living and kitchen areas would have been great especially when it’s hot (more of a suggestion for the future). The deposit process could have been easier.
