Plaza Nueva Stay Bilbao

This was such a cool vibe right in the centre of the old town. The living room on the front had big glass windows and balconies to people watch but with bedrooms on the back they were so quiet so slept well in super comfy beds. Three bathrooms made stay so easy. The city has a very safe feel and the metro was a two second walk from flat. Great location and we hope to be back xx

Nothing to not like xx we did run out of hot water in the mornings so staggered showers.

Stairs and no elevator.

It straightforward communication, one of us came before standard check in time and handled keys.

Everything, was great. Very cute apartment, perfect position, 5 minutes from taxi, 2 minutes from centre of everything.

Great apartment in a great location. Very clean and great space for travelling with a family.

The check in time was quite late for us and with children it would have been better to de-camp our bags sooner.

Location in old town.

No elevator, but on 1st floor so not too bad.

I stayed there with a group of 5 friends. The apartment is very large and modern, just like in the pictures. The living space is large, bright, and comfortable. The three separate bathrooms are very practical. The bedrooms have roller shutters to make it really dark inside. Check-in can be done through an app and codes, very convenient.

A few people in our party actually found the beds a bit too hard and narrow, but that presumably depends on personal preference. Also, the air conditioning of the ice cream shop under the apartment was running during several nights. Their outdoor units are placed near the windows of the bedrooms, the noise made it difficult to fall asleep.

Only negative was the overwhelming smell from the floor cleaner and on linen for beds that was used which did take a few days to fade I would recommend not using that cleaner or less of

Great location, very comfortable apartment

One of the bedrooms is too small for 2 people. Hot water can become an issue if multiple people are using simultaneously, like say showers in the morning.

Location was amazing. very central. easy to get walk to all the sites. lots of bars and restaurants close by. The apartment was very comfortable. All you could need. Clean. Great showers. Plenty of space.
