Vivienda Turística Céntrica junto al Museo con Wifi

L'emplacement, le quartier, la proximité des sites à voir à Bilbao la disponibilité des propriétaires, la simplicité pour accéder à l'appartement.

Appartement très bien placé mais vétuste qui gagnerait a être rafraîchi.

La ubicación

El piso está muy descuidado y viejo. Una de las ventanas no se cerraba y teníamos que estar con la persiana bajada todo el día, porque es un bajo con acceso directo a la calle y no hay rejas de seguridad. En otra habitación no había luz. En la cocina había un enchufe suelto pegado al grifo que daba miedo. En el congelador la tapa se caía. En general el piso estaba muy dejado. Tendrían que pintarlo y adecentar un poco.

Mi experiencia en este alojamiento ha sido decepcionante, principalmente por el estado general del inmueble, que no corresponde con lo que uno espera de una vivienda turística. Las zonas comunes presentaban importantes deficiencias: el suelo de tarima estaba abombado, probablemente a causa de humedad, ya que el olor era evidente al pasar. Las paredes mostraban grietas de hasta 1 cm de ancho, lo que refleja una falta de mantenimiento. Además, el cableado eléctrico en la barra de la cocina estaba completamente expuesto, al igual que algunas cabezas de enchufes, lo cual supone un riesgo eléctrico. En el baño, el secador estaba visiblemente deteriorado y en un estado tan precario que ni siquiera nos atrevimos a utilizarlo. Los dormitorios tampoco estaban en mejores condiciones: las paredes conservaban marcas de cuadros previamente colgados, lo que demuestra una falta total de rehabilitación. Las cómodas tenían cajones rotos y, al igual que en otras partes del piso, la instalación eléctrica no estaba correctamente rematada, dejando cables a la vista. En resumen, el alojamiento necesita una reforma urgente y una puesta a punto general antes de volver a ser ofrecido como vivienda turística. No lo recomendaría en su estado actual.

Location was great. Walking distance of everything. Lovely apartment. Good Air Conditioning in every room. Suited all of our needs.

Honestly the only GOOD thing its the location other facilities are really really really POOR. Im a regular in *booking* and i have never felt that bad to find out that whats in the pics of the apartment its NOT REAL AT ALL!

How bad was the cleaning, smells, humidity, how poor the apartament and what state we found it, what its figure in pics are NOT REAL AT ALL!

Excellent location just a few minutes walk from the river and the Guggenheim Museum with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The property was exceptionally clean. Safe area and very quiet during the day and night. Facilities were fine with a hob and combination microwave/cooker which was OK for us as we only ate breakfast and occasionally lunch there and used the bars and restaurants around for other meals. Near to the tram station which we took to go to the Old Town and could be used to get to the shopping area but generally speaking everything central is within walking distance in Bilbao as long as you do not mind walking (otherwise there is the tram, metro and buses all of which are within walking distance of the property - the metro is a bit further away than the tram and buses). Great bars and restaurants nearby and a cafe by the river and Guggenheim which had a jazz band the two nights that we went down to that area. The property was also within walking distance of the river trip we booked. There are a few small supermarkets near to the property too - EROSKI Center was probably the biggest and also had some vegetarian/vegan options. The children and I loved our stay. Thank you!

We struggled to get into the property with the digital key and a kind person living in the property had to let us into the apartment building eventually but we did get in (and to be fair it was probably us mucking it up rather than the system!). Once we were in the apartment, the keys were on the table so we used them. We could not get the television to work so some instructions would have been useful (we did not really need it but my son just wanted to experience some Spanish TV!)
