Location was excellent.

Apartment was run down.

Location. We saw Gugenhaim museum from our window! We were able to walk to all sightseeings, to shopping, to eat at different restaurants. We did not need the car or taxi. We were able to park the car easily and to drive out and in Bilbao easily. Everything was comfortably close. There was everything needed in apartment: kitchen tools and mashies, detergents, additional blankets, towels, fan, even shampoo. Perfect management!!!! I got answers to all my questions in timely manner, I was recommended neatest parking lot and storage facility for my bags due to late flight. I am really very satisfied!!!

Apartment is renovated in minimalism style, but it was not advertised as 5stars hotel. Though, believe, city is so beautiful, that you will spend out as much time as possible, and this apparent is located in so perfect place, that you will like it not less than other aspects of your trip !

it was spacious, clean with a good bathroom and three good sized bedrooms. The beds were comfortable. The host was communicative and responsive to our needs

The furniture was a little sparse, it could have done with a little TLC but it suited us well for a short overnight stop.

Great Location - really close to museum, short walk to old town and other food/ bar options. It is nice to be close to the river as it is nice to walk along. The bathroom was clean and modern, plenty of space in rooms and living/kitchen. Good communication with hosts.
