Accommodation was pretty good. Everything was nice from furniture to lighting and comfort.

The customer service. They should really think about it. Just WhatsApp messages for customers'queries are not appreciated in this industry.

"Heerlijk verblijf. Stadslawaai deert ons niet."

Gezellig huis. Erg schoon. Veel ruimte. Fijne bedden. Leuke buurt, veel mensen op straat. Ook snachts, vlak bij hoofdstation Bilbao. Pelgrimsroute loopt om de hoek. Leuk om uit raam te hangen en alle te bekijken. Zeer vrij uitzicht. Buren niet gehoord.

Koffiezet apparaat was stuk dit gemeld, zaten er zes dagen. Niemand gehoord of gezien. Televisies op de slaapkamer hangen heel ongelukkig voor mensen langer dan 166 cm. Drukke weg voor de deur en spoor naar hoofdstation. Geen wifi. Weinig servies. Geen afdruiprek, wel wasmachine, geen wasrek.,

El apartamento está muy bien equipado y cómodo.la limpieza tb muy bien.la cafetera estaba rota cuando llegue y no me llamaron para traer otra pero bueno me las arregle como pude.

La ubicación del apartamento todo lleno de negros y moros e incluso sin poder abrir las ventanas del ruido q tenían abajo y entrando y saliendo en el portal tb ellos q tendrán algún piso allí o gente conocida .en los bares de alrededor no se puede entrar no coger calles colindantes. Del propietario decir q desde la hora q le dije q había llegado solo por meter el coche en el parking me hubiese hecho un gran favor la verdad me podía haber acercado la llave tuve q pagar parkin privado unas horas y callejear por allí con todo el personal delincuentes q hay.
