VT Bilbao Central Station con garaje

Very nice and modern apartament, looks exactly like in the pictures. Everything is self controlled by using your phone (opening doors from the building and apartment as well) using a link provided by the property.

Area is pretty bad, we used to call it worse than Raval in Barcelona. Very noisy, and we caught the heat wave there being 40 degrees outside with no AC. The good part was that we used some fans that were available in each wardrobe. The worst part was regarding the parking spot. The key to open the garage is in the apartment, which we found out after waiting for almost 1 hour on the street for the host to answer our messages. We had to go back and forth just to grab the key and by the end of our trip to go pick up the car, move it on the street then go back in the apartment to leave the key and all has to be done before 11 am as the link to enter the building + apartment expires at 11:00. I would very much suggest a box outside next to the garage entrance with the key to just facilitate the guests staying.

Le quartier lui-même n'est pas incroyable, pas mal d'agitation le soir mais c'est assez commun pour un quartier de gare

La atención del anfitrión fue excepcional. Nos dieron facilidades en todo momento. El acceso es completamente digitalizado, cómodo y seguro y las instrucciones que facilitaron para entrar al apartamento son muy fáciles. Nos atendieron siempre que lo necesitamos, vía WhatsApp y no hubo ninguna necesidad de atención personal. Respecto a las instalaciones, la ducha fantástica, buenas ventanas y buenos colchones. Todo estaba muy muy limpio.

El apartamento está situado enfrente de las vías del tren y al lado de una plaza dónde acude bastante gente en hora nocturna. Pese a que el apartamento dispone de ventanas que aislan muy bien tanto de temperatura como de ruido, se acaba escuchando tanto el paso de trenes como el jaleo nocturno. Las almohadas de las camas son muy incómodas, muy finas y sin relleno suficiente ni viscoelástico. Las camas disponen de edredón nórdico pero no de sábana, si quieres taparte únicamente con sábana no es posible y al taparte con el edredón acabas pasando calor si es verano. Algunas piezas de la tarima suenan bastante al pisarlas.

Tágas az apartman 4 főnek is. A belváros elég közel van gyalogosan. A lakásban tisztaság van és a törölközők is tiszták.

A bejutás rendkívül szokatlan módon működik. Nekünk nem volt egyértelmű, mit kell tenni. Amikor a szállásadótól segítséget kértünk, csak sokára reagált írásban. Este fél 10-kor ott álltunk tanácstalanul és kétségbeesetten az ajtó előtt. A hívásra nem reagált. A szomszéd próbált segíteni rajtunk. A konyha ijesztő a fekete fallal és padlóval. A nappali terrakotta fotelje cserére érdemes. Este, miután megérkeztünk, az utcán csak afrikaiak buliztak, hangosan és bandákban. Második este a szomszédos lépcsőházban olyan probléma volt, hogy arra értünk haza, hogy 4 tűzoltó autó, 2 mentőautó és az utcát lezárni 2 rendőrautó állt előttünk! Rendkívül zajos a lakás csukott ablakoknál is. A vasúti közlekedés a ház előtt zajlik az úttest túloldalán. A belső ablakokat ne nyisd ki!

Location is very good. In few minutes are metro stations, train, tram, supermarkets, opera, San Antonio church, Catedral de Santiago de Bilbao.
