Smell of smoke in our apartment and on the stairway although it did say no smoking. Also the toaster did not work apart from that everything was fine and but for those two things I would have given an excellent score.

The location was excellent. The apartment was decent.

The toaster didn't work. The shower is very small. The noise from upstairs neighbours and noise from outside wasn't good.

You enter by a digital key. Which is fine once your phone has a battery. The noise of the door opening to the aprtment is loud so unless everyone goes to bed at the same time then it may be inconvenient.

The location is fantastic, close to everywhere in the Casco Viejo

The apartment is dark so it woukd benefit if the curtain in the living room is clear rather than dark. The big compromised with the location is the noise. I was very excited to see a massage chair but I couldn't make it work, it would be great if it had instructions on how to use it.

La ubicación es muy buena así como la amplitud y confort del alojamiento.

No es un problema mayor pero necesita cuidar mejor el tema del polvo ya que tenía bastante y las sábanas de la otra habitación estaban algo manchadas. La ducha necesita de una limpieza más profunda ya que los tubitos están bastante manchados.

El sistema de llave digital del apartamento no funciona. Hay que hacerlo 5 o 6 veces hasta que abre. La calefacción es automática, no pudimos subirla, la casa es grande y hacia frío. Lo encendian solo por ramitos y a 19 grados. El drenaje de la ducha del baño esta tapado, bañarse fue un caos para no se inundara la casa y la bañera qué hay no funciona, asique no hay alternativa.

location was great, just across the road from the market, good transport links. the street was quiet at the begging of the week and was really lively over he weekend. perfect.

i'd have loved the spa bath to have been working!

Mucho ruido de la calle y especialmente de los vecinos de arriba que hasta rompieron el tirador de nuestra puerta(cosa que es cierto resolvieron pronto) pero sensación de seguridad 0. Toda la decoración y utensilios de “atrezzo” puesto que no funcionaba nada, ni siquiera la tostadora.
