This property was a good size, modern and exceptionally clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower room was huge, clean and ultra modern. Chris the host was a great communicator and always responded quickly.

Not a bad location, a short walk in to town. Great small room. Very clean and the Pain au Chocolate and Porridge tubs were a nice touch. Parking was great, off road and out of sight.

It is quite a small room. Especially if there are two of you (I travelled alone for work). Good sized wet-room, except having to walk across it soaking wet to get the shower gel etc. The towels are like sandpaper, but some people like that. The prices were very much hiked up, because the Royal Cornwall Show was on. Beware business travellers. In spite of Booking(dot)com charging VAT as part of the overall price, the owner will NOT give you a VAT invoice. Unfortunately, the company I was sub-contracting to only pay for overnights at a VAT registered premises, with proper status and invoices that weren't made up on an iPhone... So I didn't get refunded the £76.00 I spent for one night here.

Chris the owner is very kind, flexible and very friendly. The room is clean, they have comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Chris arranged a few snacks and breakfast oats, coffee on the side. Experience over all is excellent. The owner itself is a traveller so he knows what we need and he is very helpful. Thank you so much Chris for making the moments into memories.

It was like one bedroom flat. there was everything what we need for daily use like pan, all kind of cooking materials. Neat and clean.

Very spacious flat. Very comfy with sofa, dining table, kitchen. Additional freezer and spacious bathroom on the ground floor. Very helpful host. We had a nice chat before our departure.

Bed was not good as I felt itchy in the midnight and had thought they were bedbugs but there are no bed bugs. Not sure what

The location was so near to all the shops and museums ,making it so much easier for me and family.The facilities were amazing, very clean and it was wonderfully nice to leave snacks and tour books to explore Bodmin & Cornwall. We had clean beds and were provided with everything we needed!The owner allowed us to leave our bags before check in and check out with was so helpful, he was communicative and kind ,answering questions and helping out. Highly recommend this wonderful property and its owner. Thank you!

Absolutely Nothing!!!

Quiet place, walking distance to the Town centre. Apartment is a newly built with everything working as expected. All properly cleaned. It felt like a home. Large shower was a nice touch. Clear instructions provided upon arrival. Will definitely return. Loved the place. About an hour drive to St Michael's Mount. Only 6 minutes drive to National Trust - Lanhydrock.

Honestly nothing. Best place on booking.com so far :)
