"A very good experience."

The apartment was very spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. It had everything we needed. The host was very helpful with directions and completing our requests.

WiFi quality was not good even after the extra effort from the host.

"An experience you must live!"

If it was 20 out of 10, I would have put it! The house was great, ideal for a family. It was really clean and had all the amenities someone wants in a house. It is decorated with love, really cozy, it makes you feel like home. Although we stayed just for a night, we felt the family's hospitality. We will come back here for sure!

"Good room - terrible host"

The room was massive and facilities very good indeed. Big let down was the host but please read below.

The host was drunk when I phoned him and hung up on me after saying a few english words on the phone. For the first time ever in my life I was treated like this. We have driven for 10h from Częstochowa in Poland to Bochum in Germany and last thing we needed was fellow who thinks it is all right to treat his guests like dirt. We went to neighbours at number 29 to find out if there is a chance to get the key from the host. She could not be more helpful - really decent person. She took us to other neighbours and finally after 30 minutes since arriving we were shown to our room. The host was not present to apologise for his stupid behaviour but instead sent his wife to sort us out. Pathetic in my humble opinion. But hey ho you live and learn. No more long journeys through Europe for long time for us.... That is for sure. Regarding the host.... Make your mind up we know what we would do if we were in the area - book with someone else!

"Nice, quiet and homely place"

The apartment was just a few minutes walk away from the metro station. It was absolutely clean and had everything you might ever need. The owners were super nice and even accommodated a later check-out for us.

Nothing at all. It was perfect for the price we paid.
