The property has been exceptionally clean and had all the facilites needed for a comfortable stay for a family. In addition, the host included little goodies such as coffee, water, sugar etc. This is always appreciated.

We could not get access to the property for over an hour despite us calling the host, sending messages and ringing the door bell. There was no answer. The door entry code supplied on the booking was incorrect. We then almost booked another place to stay for the night and decided to eat out as we could not use the kitchen to prep the meal after many hours of travelling with kids. We came back nearly 2 hours later to try accessing the property again and this time the host let us in (proving the keys code was incorrect). The lady could not speak English so I did not discuss the matter with her. Another issue we've had was in the bathroom where the shower door did not seal the cabin properly and combined with the fact that the drain did not drain the water quick enough, we've had paddles of water on the floor while showering. Needed to wipe that with supplied towels.

Perfect for our needs. Very comfortable.

No complaints.

Everything were tidy and clean. Comfortable accommodation. Easy access from motorway.
