"A fabulous apartment, in a perfect location."

We loved the apartment. Lots of light and space for our party of people. It’s so well equipped, comfortable and clean. The location is perfect. We were met by the host / agent who was exceptional throughout our stay.

Finding the property lead to some confusion and frustration. The advert says Paseo de Arenal en el Casio Viejo, the booking confirmation says 2 Itxaropen Kalea which the taxi driver didn’t recognise but fortunately he and a member of our party who speaks excellent Spanish, found the apartment on Calle Esperanza.

"No es lo que esperáramos…"

La ubicación es muy buena, todo está cerca. Además, el trato de Amaia fue muy bueno. Estuvo pendiente en todo momento. Fue muy agradable.

Nos decepcionó el estado del apartamento. Había muchas cosas rotas y descuidadas: las mesitas de noche, algún plafón suelto, enchufes sin funcionar, la estanterías del baño sueltas, el grifo del baño inexistente, etc. La limpieza podría haber sido mucho mejor. Las paredes del apartamento nada limpias e incluso con bichos muertos. Polvo en los muebles, vasos sucios, etc. A día de hoy, no está como en las fotos. Aunque si tu idea es solo ir a dormir, las camas estaban perfectas.
