Sehr gute Lage. Die gesamte Stadt ist fussläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet.

Laute Geräusche und Lärm von außen sind zu hören, da die Dämmung nicht so gut ist.

La posizione è super centrale e consente di visitare facilmente a piedi tutta la città. Le stanze da letto sono confortevoli, tranne la matrimoniale che è un pò angusta. Il salotto è spazioso e rilassante.

Manca l'aria condizionata. Ci sono dei ventilatori in dotazione, ma in caso di caldo estivo non sono sufficienti, sopratutto nelle stanze da letto.

Location

The apartment's location in the Casco Viejo of Bilbao was exceptional. All bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and the Mercado de la Ribera were nearby. We rented a car, and the parking was within walking distance; it was easy to get everywhere from here. The building has an elevator, which facilitates bringing up and down the suitcases. In the kitchen, there were coffee and tea, dishwasher caps, which were very thoughtful, and shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in the two bathrooms.

The layout is a bit particular, with a long corridor between the rooms and the living room. The hooks for the towels are missing in the bathroom and are definitely needed; there is no place to hang the towels. Some tiles in the bathrooms were loose. The pillows were uncomfortable ( need to be changed, in my opinion)
