Location excellent. Facilities in the room were good. Could do with more hooks in bedroom and bathroom.

Cockroaches live under the fridge. Could do with more coffee pouches over a period of 48 hours.

"Overall I liked our stay. Communication with staff is amazing."

The location is amazing and staff’s answers were very fast and they even sent me a text message that I can check in at 1 pm instead of 4 pm. It was very thoughtful and convenient. The common bathroom was ok, but there was a leakage of water when someone took shower on the upper 4th floor, but they fixed it pretty quickly. Also the noise from the road made it hard to fall asleep.

Good location.

Small room, broken air conditioner with a broken exhaust pipe(which heats the room in cooling mode), which makes the temperature tooooooo high for people to stay in the room.

I loved the door codes to get in the building and to get in the room. I also love the easy walking distance to local restaurants and the bus station.
