Insanitary// dirty// hazardous -nails sticking out from the floor— bed missing bed boards ( kept falling in)am— in the shower there was no warm / cold water— just scorching hot water— impossible to shower— holes in the doors // walls// substandard portable AC unit that was held by duct tape in the window— extremely dirty space

The TV did not work

I expected people to be there to help me. As an older person it was not the experience that I prefer. I could not get into Boston the first night due to plane cancellations. Could I get a refund for that night?

The room was small, but comfortable and clean.

The bathrooms were really poor in terms of infrastructure. There are only 2 bathrooms and one of them is in pretty bad shape. When you shower in the upper bathroom, there’s a huge leak to the downstairs bathroom.

The bed was comfortable, and the room had a kettle, an iron, and a microwave. There was even a small desk, so it felt quite cosy. Overall, a very pleasant room for one person.

The room was fine, although quite small. But the bathroom was a mess. The tap didn’t work properly and only cold water came out, the door wouldn’t close properly, and the overall condition of the bathroom was rather poor. Well, the quality was adequate for the price.

Good position, clean room.

The bathroom is kinda small, the sink is big enough just to wash your hands. Everything else was perfect.

The location of the property was very good. The room is spacious and clean. There is a microwave and other facilities.

It would have been nice if there as a mirror in the room. But it is no big deal.

It has a great location. They also did allow me an early check in.

The shared bathroom on my floor was unable to lock. I tried reaching out several times and they continue to say it was fixed, but it seemed to not have been touched at all. Additionally, the shower was not parable and scalding hot, dangerous. There was also water dripping from the ceiling with the 4th floor shower was running. Additionally there was rotting would that would flake down on you from above. The staff said I could change to another hotel so I hurried and packed things up to leave before I had to run to my work conference. I waited an hour before they told me they didn’t actually have another room. Really felt like my time was devalued, all the back and forth messaging for no purpose, and waiting around for no reason. I have videos but unfortunately unable to share them in the review.

Absolutely loved this place! I'm coming back in two months! Bravo!!!
