The location is good, not too far from Downtown. The admin responded quickly. The mattress is good.

The 4th-floor bathroom is not available. The heater is very noisy.

"You get what you pay for . Reasonable rate . Shabby décore . Coud be cleaner"

Great location . Rate was reasonable compared to other offers

Decor is dated and damaged. Ripped wall paper etc. Not as clean as I would have liked. All the ID requirements before travelling were unusual.

It was clean, and easily accessible.

The availability of the restrooms. There was only one restroom available for 8 people. For some reason, the bathroom of my floor was unavailable It would be good if these issues were resolved as soon as they happened.

Great location in the Back Bay area of Boston, short walk to the closest subway station and easy to walk into Downtown from the room.

The room was small and basic and could do with a refresh.
