Hello. First of all, thank you. However, to test customer satisfaction on-site, I recommend you stay one night where we did. The bed is so uncomfortable it's almost suffocating. We woke up during the night and tossed and turned constantly. Also, please review the overall cleanliness of the room. The sink is constantly clogged. The cooler is as you can see in the photo. In short, it wasn't a good experience.

The location was excellent. It is a super close walk to boston common and other wonderful sights. It is also a short walk from the green line, which is convenient for traveling around the city
