So modern and clean. Close to buses and T to get into Boston. Convenient and free parking. Great value for money. Hose was very communicative.

Being a basement apartment you could hear the people above you but this was understandable and was advised ahead of time.

Kitchen was not fully supplied Ladle for soup , large sharp knife for melon, screw driver for loose screws And tissue box Also other kinds of tea rather than green Dangerous hole in the floor/stairs. Right outside the back door

It was so spacious and well appointed. We felt very safe. Location was excellent for us, close to family and new grandchild. Lovely quiet neighbourhood. Great kitchen fit out . All appliances were really good. The weather was variable (really cold at times) but the temperature in the Condo was always great. Loads of hot water too. Beds very comfortable.

I wasn’t so keen on the sheeting which had some synthetic material in it. But my husband was ok with it. There were loads of fleeces around the condo so I was comfortable. Aware of other renters in terms of some noise but in 2 weeks we were only disturbed once at night. On that occasion the people upstairs arrived very late in the evening and then spent till about 3am getting their luggage and themselves sorted.

Location, very clean, quiet neighborhood.

Overall, this 3rd floor apartment is a comfortable place to stay. It was clean, has a nice kitchen and great shower. The beds were comfy, too. Only 10 min walk to the nearest bus stop.

A few hundred dollars would go a long way to making this apartment great: The tv lost its connection multiple times. The toilet seat was loose. A circuit was tripped so a bathroom outlet wasn’t working. Broken picture frame. Bent curtain rod.

I had a miscommunication with the host about my arrival time and the apartment had not been cleaned when I arrived. However, the host had cleaners there in an hour to resolve the issue. The location is excellent for me and the host is very responsive to issues.
