Roslindale village condos

Before our arrival, I was informed that due to circumstances beyond my control, our 7-night one-bedroom booking couldn’t be fulfilled. The host offered an upgraded three-bedroom apartment from the next day and refunded the missed night afterwards. Communication was excellent throughout. The upgraded apartment exceeded our expectations – spacious, beautifully furnished, and fully equipped with everything from a dishwasher and washer/dryer to an air fryer. It was perfectly comfortable for our family. The neighborhood was clean, quiet, and charming, with great Italian coffee just two minutes away and quality restaurants and shops nearby in Roslindale Village. We truly appreciated the upgrade and would happily stay again. Highly recommended!

Great, clean Condo located in a quite neighborhood.

It is a good sized apartment with some very nice features. The appliances we used all worked. The bedding was comfortable, and we had plentiful supplies (Towels, TP, etc.). The keypad entry was easy to use and very easily communicated from the property manager. The neighborhood was quiet and there was plenty of street parking.

One big thing, and a few small things. First, the big thing: there was a hiccup with the reservation software not informing the manager of our arrival (we booked 4 days before arrival). Thankfully I called early enough in the day before we arrived and the manager quickly provided a place to relax while the room we reserved was cleaned; all good for us, but could be a major problem if someone was arriving late at night. Second, the property has two bathrooms, but only one shower (also a tub). Our party of 4 was able to make that work, but a larger group may struggle. Thirdly, lots of little things need attention. I didn't inform the manager of these things, but they should already know: (1) the shower knob is not securely attached and falls off frequently, especially when using the shower wand; (2) curtains are sometimes sheer and do not fully block out the sun; (3) a few curtain rods are half pulled out of the wall with screws very visible, so much so that I decided not to touch them for fear of the second screw falling out; (4) many floating shelves are poorly installed to the point where they tip forward, again we decided not to touch them in case items placed on them fell off. In the end none of this would prevent me from staying at this location again.

The condo was clean. The towels were fluffy and soft, the mattress was comfortable and the location was good. There were televisions in the living room and in two of the bedrooms.

Unfortunately, I thought there would be two full bathrooms and there was a full bathroom and a half bathroom. Booking has to allow the owner to state clearly when there is a half bathroom. Half bathroom does not include a shower. Next time I will look more carefully at the photos.

We stayed for 3 nights in October 2025 in apt #1. The house is devided to a few apartments. Good size apartment, location is pretty good if you have a car. Free parking. 3 bedrooms. Laundry machine in the basement, TV, internet. Clean and convenient. We didn't use the kitchen and coffee machine but it all looked fine. It was quiet for two nights but Sunday early morning wasn't quiet at all.

There's 2 bathrooms but we only used the large one. The small one is attached to the kitchen (yes lol) and tiny. The larger one is between the bedrooms, it could be nice if there was a shelf to put stuff on, but there isn't any. It was quiet for two nights but on Sunday early morning the guests upstairs (or their kids) started jumping and running nonstop, it was horrible. Had to get up very early and leave earlier than planned.

Vollständige Ausstattung, es wurde an alles gedacht. Anbindung Nahverkehr ist seht gut.

The cleanliness of the condo. The comfort of the beds. The deco of the condo was bright and stylish.

The fact that we were in a basement with small amount of sunlight. The condo was suppose to be for 4 persons, to watch tv or sit at the table would be hard

Nos encantoooo todo! Nuestro apartamento era el ático, tenía una habitación principal con una cama de matrimonio y otra pequeña adicional, un salón - comedor - cocina que nos permitió comprar desayuno y cena y así ahorrar un poquito ya que Boston es bastante caro 😅 y en un lateral del salón, al lado de la terraza había otra cama independiente. Por lo que pudimos descansar las 3 cómodamente, cada una en una cama sin compartir...muy luminoso y acogedor. El baño es bastante amplio y la ducha una maravilla. La terraza y las vistas desde la misma eran muy relajantes aunque no la usamos ya que cuando llegábamos era de noche, mediados de septiembre y se sentía el frescor de la noche. Típica casa americana unifamiliar que ves en las películas 😍 con todo lo que puedas necesitar. El barrio muuuyyy tranquilo, la gente que vimos muy amable, como en todo Boston y respecto a la localización, es cierto que está a las afueras de Boston pero con el tren, llegas al centro en 15 min (es verdad que hay 1 cada hora pero también hay un montón de autobuses que te conectan con una estación de metro) Nosotras, repetiríamos sin dudar Como añadido especial agradecimiento a Priyanca que nos adelantó las instrucciones del check in porque no estábamos seguras si podríamos tener internet nada más llegar y nuestro vuelo aterrizaba a altas horas de la noche y eso nos tenía un poquito nerviosas. Fue muy amable y pudimos leerlo todo en España. Muchísimas gracias por ese detalle
