"Perfect location. Would have been a 10/10 if the water had stayed warm enough for long showers and hot baths."

Perfect location. Right in the heart of newbury street which is the perfect place for dining and shopping. Could not beat this location.

The only issue we honestly had was the water. If you wanted a bath it never stayed hot enough so we had to boil pots of water just to fill the tub. The shower would take about 5mins or more to warm up. We told staff and they tried to help, but it never really fixed it.

"Cozy stay in one of the finest neighborhoods in Boston"

The manager was friendly, accommodating and communicated well. The apartment was in a great location and had everything we needed for making meals.

The toilet had some issues that affected our experience. We felt like we were being blamed for using too much tissue and clogging the toilet which was not the case. The toilet never functioned since arrival. Ultimately a professional plumber was brought in and replaced both the flapper and a seized water shutoff valve. Everything turned out fine in the end and we look forward to staying there again in the future.

The location on Newbury street is exceptional. It was a 5-minute walk to my conference at the Sheraton.

As other commenters have said, there are a lot of stairs, but it's not a huge deal as you only do it once, when you arrive. I stayed on the top floor and it wasn't a problem.
