Superb location while attending the Boston Marathon. Right next to Convention Centre and finish line! Rooms comfortable and on a picturesque street with lots of restaurants.

Location

A rat in the kitchen and lounge of the apartment. No service to deal with it. No lift as the apartment was on the 3rd floor and had carry luggage.

"This was a convenient and clean apartment-style hotel in an ideal location with a fun vibe."

The location is ideal for access to great restaurants. We also loved how close it was to the Hynes Convention Center (1 block over on Boylston), because we were attending Fan Expo there. We loved how clean the unit was, and it had a fun living-in-the-city feel to it with nice exposed brick walls. Would have loved to live there in my 20s.

We had no complaints.

Nice building, check in/out was super easy and flawless. Nice Bathroom, Overall a really nice experience since the place was clean and relatively comfortable. And of course you cannot beat the location....Newbury street in the middle of Back Bay is great

Couch bed was not really a bed, not very comfortable. My son slept on and it worked but, it was some sort of funky Murphy bed with no mattress. No extra small towels for kitchen, not really any closet space or storage (the one near the hot water heater was truly a silly excuse for one) --I understand these buildings are retrofitted to make several apartments in a tiny space, but needs some more utensils and some more bedding for the "not-a-couch" would help. Temp control was nice that there was a thermostat in each room, but even with help from managers, could not get them to work. We are relatively intelligent folks but They are overly complicated and a digital thermometer with simple adjustment is better. Leave instructions on how to operate since this was not intuitive
