"Very Good"

The Snug was in a handy location for the centre of Bourne. It was well equipped and had everything we needed. Although it was near the centre of Bourne it was in a fairly quiet location. I particularly liked the kitchen and dressing area, complete with hairdryer.

The fridge was fairly clean but the oven could do with a clean. The bedding was clean but a bit tired. The shower door came off when I tried to close it. My husband had to refit it before we were able to use it.

Location good for visiting family who live in Bourne M&S food hall right next door, which was handy and good

One single small parking space. OK, as on-street parking on Bourne is a disaster!

"Lovely place, lovely owner."

Really clean, attractive and well equipped, very comfortable bed, complimentary items (milk, biccies, tea and coffee), and is in such a convenient spot being next to a Marks and Spencer food hall and right near the high street. Amy who managed the communication was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely use again.
