Das Bett ist viel zu niedrig. Für Leute mit Knieproblemen eine echte Herausforderung, da wieder herauszukommen.

Die Lage ist gut. Öffentlicher Nahverkehr gut zu erreichen

Die Fenster waren extrem dreckig. Das Wasser stand in der Dusche und lief nicht ab. Das Geschirr war dreckig und es roch extrem penetrant nach einem Raumduft. Der Vermieter hat auf einen Anruf auf dem AB nicht reagiert

Sehr großes Apartment, sauber. Top Lage im Viertel mit allen Versorgungsmöglichkeiten vor der Tür. Straßenbahn in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Etwas abgewohnt, Sofa und Fußboden mit kleinen Schäden. Küchenutensilien nur das allernötigste vorhanden. Beleuchtung unschön grell, keine indirekten oder gemütlichen Lampen.
