Sehr gute Lage im Bremer Viertel. Die Ausstattung war gut. Das Zimmer (Haus Nr. 4, Zimmer 2) war geräumig, die Heizung lief super, die Dusche und das Bad waren top top, Handtücher und Bettwäsche sauber. Die Verdunkelung war in Ordnung, ruhig.

Die Bedienung des Codes zur Türöffnung könnte genauer erklärt werden. Hat leider nur nach mehrmaligem Versuchen funktioniert. Leider hing eine Steckdose lose in der Wand.

Sehr zentral im Viertel, allerdings auch an stark befahreber Verkehrsstraße. Viel Platz im Apartment, komfortables Bad.

Es ist recvt lieblos eingerichtet, die Gardinenstangen fallen beiBenutzung ab, Rollos sind kaputt, grelle Deckenbeleuchtung, alles wirkt sehr provisorisch und lieblos. Die Zimmer waren unbeheizt, als wir im Winter ankamen, aber die Heizung funktionierte dann gut und es wurde recht zügig bewohnbar. Auf Anfragen reagierte der Vermieter nicht, deshalb konnten wir das Gepäck nicht vor 15:09Uhr unterstellen. Checkinn via Türcode funktioniefte dann a er problemlos. Eine praktische Wohnubg für 2-3 Personen (Ehebett und Einzelzimmer) aber nicht wirklich schön für einen längeren Aufenthalt.
