Palace Pernarius

It was beautifully furnished and the location was excellent, a great apartment

The apartments need to be more separated. We felt like we had to sneak in and out incase we disturbed our hosts

Thé appartement is beautiful, the two double bedrooms each with en-suite and kitchenette are separated by the beautiful living /dining room, there is a small split level terrace .

The apartment was outstanding, excellent location with stunning views and sunsets. Great for exploring the area by boat, bus or on foot. Lots of amazing restaurants and bars close-by. Highly recommended. Harvey and Lilly the hosts were so welcoming and helpful - Lilly made a birthday cake for our sons while we were staying.

It didn’t bother us but probably not ideal for people with mobility issues due to the steps - on the plus side this provided stunning views!

The apartment is finished to great standard, it has everything that you need and more. The view and location is amazing. But most of all, the owners were so friendly and offered assistance even when we did not expect it. We left with such a warm feeling, they are amazing people and could anticipate that on the public holiday and all the stores were closed that we might need something and were amazing. The apartment is really very nice, clean and a great place to stay.

We loved everything about this property. it was immaculately clean and beautifully furnished. The location was perfect for our stay in beautiful Cavtat. Harvey and Lily were so friendly and welcoming and even baked some delicious cake for us which was such a treat! Nothing was too much trouble and we loved every minute staying there. It was like a home from home and we are so glad we found this treasure.

Everything. The place is newly renovated to high spec. So bright and airy. It's less than a minute from restaurants and bars. The owners met us checking in and they are very friendly and welcoming

The location is amazing. In the old town of Cavtat , close to the beach and restaurants

This is a superb property in every way. I was particularly grateful to Harvey and Lily for allowing us to stay one night only. Due to a technical error our request for a one night booking was accepted when in reality they have a three night minimum booking requirement. However, they very graciously honoured the booking and allowed us to stay for one night only. For that we were all very grateful.

This property provides incredible value for the cost. There are three air conditioners (one in each room) and it’s location is incredibly central. You will be in the very center of Cavtat and close to most of the restaurants but still have tranquility and peace you need for an afternoon nap. We felt welcomed by the hosts who were incredibly generous with their time and resources. This spacious palace has an incredible history as the former summer home of the Duke of Dubrovnik, but it is recently renovated with all the modern fixtures and amenities (make sure to ask Hrvoje - Harvey about the history of Palace Pernarius). What a gem of Adriatic coast and we already miss Harvey and Lily.

Everything was great, but really….everything was truly great.
